I found your website via Summer Fields School, Oxford, as I am reading about Julian Grenfell, WW1 poet.I am appalled by the destruction of Bohemia House, and certainly wonder what becam3e of the staircase..and the panels of boys' names..war dead? How can such things happen as recently as 1972? How is the restoration of the 'Roman Baths' and the care of the woods going? The local councilors responsible for the destruction should have their names in black on a board of shame.

We stayed at Summerfields last August bank holiday 2008 for 3 days and would most definately visit again. Liz and Alfredo were the perfect hosts and we were very impressed how they ran a first class guest house so efficiently. Breakfast every day was just perfect and we could not find a single fault. Except maybe they worked too hard deserve a break!! Their dogs who lived in the derelict car were also a delight and my husband made great friends with them! We would not hesitate to stay there again. Many thanks to you both.
