Carnival Committee News 2002
The 2003 Carnival season started 24th November 2002 with the AGM. Held at the East Hastings Sea Angling Club. Ian Lyle was elected as Chair John Muggridge as vice chair, Babs Muggridge was re-elected Secretary and Ray Hafseth as Teasurer. Susan Smith is the Minutes Secretary. The date of the next carnival was set Hastings Old Town Carnival, Friday, August 8th 2003 Procession starts at 6.30pm and the theme "Hastings' Future" was agreed. The route is as last year
