Notice to clients
All domains will be registered, renewed or transferred at a cost and on a timescale agreed with you in advance, but in any case as soon as is reasonably possible. You will be given three months notice of any variation unless we are passing on costs to us in which case you will be notified as soon as is practicable. All UK domains are subject to Nominet's terms and conditions available here		All work will be carried out at our standard hourly rate unless otherwise agreed and an estimate of expected time taken will be given to you in advance unless a fixed fee is agreed. Any variation in the hourly rate will be notified to you before any work is commenced.
Any complaints must be notified to our registered office in writing, details below and may be communicated by email. We undertake to investigate your complaint without delay.
